Reopening of Golf Courses
In a press conference on Wednesday, 29th April, 2020, the Premier announced that golf courses would be included in Phase I of the reopening of Bermuda plan and would therefore be permitted to open for walking only (golf carts are not included in Phase 1), from Saturday, 2nd May.

Recommendations for a Safe Return to Golf
These best practice guidelines that have been assembled by the BGA and BPGA using a variety of sources, including the R&A, PGA of America and National Golf Foundation. The decision to implement these practices is at the discretion of each individual golf course, however, it is recommended that all players and stakeholders review these guidelines in depth and abide by them accordingly.

Covid-19 Related Guidance from The R&A on Rules of Golf Matters
The R&A have granted temporary dispensation to permit course and tournament committees to create local rules if they wish to do so, which would otherwise be contrary to the Rules of Golf .
