The May 2013 monthly medal was held at Port Royal Golf Course on Saturday 11th May.  It was a beautiful bright and sunny day which provided for excellent playing conditions.  Unfortunately participant numbers were lower than anticipated as a result of an unusually high number of events occurring on the same day.

In the men’s division, Michael Wells won the Low Gross with a score of 79, followed closely by Daren Heyliger with a score of 84.  Men’s Low Net winner was Robert Daley with a score of 75 whilst Edward Frey was running up with a score of 77.

In the ladies division, Ann Symonds finished first in the Low Gross with a score of 87, followed by Elizabeth Carpio with a score of 98.  Ladies Low Net winner was Julie Delahunty-Moore with a score of 84 whilst Gladys Chambaz was runner up with a score of 85.

Men’s Closest to the Pin on hole #8 was won by Derek Alleyne whilst the ladies Closest to the Pin on hole #3 was won by Elizabeth Carpio.

Men’s Longest Drive on hole #18 was won by Edward Frey.  There was no ladies winner for Longest Drive.

The next monthly medal will be held at Ocean View Golf Course on Saturday 8th June 2013. Tee times starting from 10:00am.
